Upstate Gutter Systems

Gutters may not be the most glamorous home accessory, but installing a new gutter system can be one of the most critical (and least expensive) of all home repairs. Properly installed gutters route roof runoff away from your home to keep crawl spaces and basements dry and protect your home from water damage.

Things to consider before starting your next gutter installation project:

Each new gutter installation project begins with a home exterior inspection by a Titus Exteriors professional. On each Titus Exteriors gutter project you will work with an experienced gutter system professional to ensure the success of your project from start to finish. Your project partner is available to answer any questions throughout the process.

 Gutterglove® Installation

"Just wanted to let you know that I am extremely pleased with the Gutterglove product installed at my house last year. It works great and have kept the squirrels out of my attic (prime reason I installed this product!)."

-Tom Mathias, March 2013

Why should I replace my gutters?

Gutters protect your home from water damage by protecting your siding from backsplash stain and rot and shielding your windows and doors from water infiltration. Talk with your Titus Exteriors gutter professional to learn more about the reasons to replace your gutters:

  • Protect against basement leaks and mold
  • Prevent foundation problems
  • Increase property value
  • Accommodate larger volume of roof runoff

What type of gutter?

There are several levels of gutter systems available with varying maintenance requirements. While the initial cost of seamless gutters is higher than the cost of self-installed sectional gutters, the reduced long-term maintenance requirements of seamless gutters provide a higher value. Consult with your Titus Exteriors professional to understand the different gutter options available, including:

  • Seamless gutters
  • Gutter guard products (including Gutterglove®)
  • 5 inch vs. 6 inch
  • Ogee vs. half round

What happens when my project is complete?

After your gutter installation project is complete, the Titus Exteriors crew will clean up around all areas of the worksite to ensure that your home is restored back to pristine living condition. Our crew will haul debris, recycle construction waste and pick up any remaining trash and materials.
